Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: August 1st, 2025

At The Point, we understand that event planning sometimes requires flexibility. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

​

Deposits & Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • Final payment terms will be outlined in your venue rental agreement.

​

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 90 days of the event are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event contract.

Weather & Force Majeure:
In cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen events beyond our control, The Point will work with clients to reschedule, based on availability.
