At The Point, every detail is inspired by love- love for family, for nature and for the unforgettable moments that bring us together. Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Shirley in Lunenburg, MA - Shady Point had been a cherished part of our family for three generations.

What began as a simple family owned campground and public beach, grew into a place where memories were made, milestones celebrated and traditions passed down.
Over the years, this land has hosted countless summer days, late-night bonfires and the laughter of children who grew up with the scent of pine, birch and the call of the bald eagles.

Today, that same spirit lives on through the new vision of our family. Chris and Ashley Coffin, who along with our twin boys, Dominic and Devin, are carrying a legacy forward with heart and purpose. Together, we have reimagined The Point - not only as a gathering space, but as a destination for love stories to begin.
We believe weddings and events should feel magical yet grounded, elegant yet effortless. With the whispering willows, beautiful sunsets and timeless natural beauty surrounding you, The Point is where simplicity and romance meet.
